Agreement between A-Plus Printing and Graphics and you covering the use of www.A-PlusPrinting.com:
Welcome to www.A-PlusPrinting.com. The www.A-PlusPrinting.com website ("Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by A-Plus Printing and Graphic, LLC ("A-Plus Printing and Graphic"). “www.A-PlusPrinting.com” is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein ("Terms"). Your use of www.A-PlusPrinting.com constitutes your agreement to comply with all such Terms. Please read the Terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference. The Site conveys information about A-Plus Printing and Graphic’s products, services, and markets. This Site also conveys industry-specific information and educational materials pertaining to the markets A-Plus Printing and Graphics serves.
As a result of our swift Turnaround process, there exists a narrow 15-minute timeframe within which you can cancel your order. To initiate a cancellation request, please navigate to My Account > Orders. Locate the relevant order and click on "View Details." Within the details page, you will find the option to request a cancellation. This option is available only if the order status has not progressed to the "In Production" stage. It's important to note that submitting a request does not guarantee automatic cancellation. Please be aware that cancellations made via phone calls, text messages, or email will not be accepted.
By placing this order I have verified that the spelling and content of my orders are correct and I am satisfied with the document layout. I understand that my document will cut exactly as it appears on the preview minus the standard under-sizing trimming area of proximally 1/16" all around in some products, and the printing in CMYK could vary from how the art looks in my RGB computer monitor. I assume all responsibility for typographical, formatting, and designing errors.
Visiting www.A-PlusPrinting.com or sending emails to A-Plus Printing and Graphics constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email, and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Certain services made available via www.A-PlusPrinting.com are delivered by third-party sites and organizations. By using any product, service or functionality originating from the www.A-PlusPrinting.com domain, you hereby acknowledge and consent that A-Plus Printing and Graphics may share such information and data with any third-party with whom A-Plus Printing and Graphics has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service or functionality on behalf of www.A-PlusPrinting.com users and customers.
All prices and amounts are shown on this Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise noted. If a User submits a request on the Site to purchase printing products, mailing services, design services, or other services, the User agrees that all charges, taxes, and shipping/handling fees will automatically be charged to the credit card or paid by User with an approved payment method. We require each order to be fully paid, including shipping and handling fees, if applicable, before we complete an order. We will not start working on a print job until we receive the full payment.
Once a print job has been approved by the customer and the files are in "Print Production" status, no changes are allowed to the artwork files, job characteristics, or printing turnaround time. Once a job is in "Prepress" status and changes are needed, the customer is responsible for paying the entire amount of the original print job along with any fees associated with the new artwork.
All sales are final. Since we customize each order according to your file and exact specifications, no refunds are given 15 minutes after A-Plus Printing and Graphics receives your order, which means A-Plus Printing and Graphics has received your necessary materials (i.e., digital files and payment) and has begun work on your job (i.e., your job is in production).
If we verify that we have made an error, we will re-run the order. We must be notified within 48 hours from delivery of any defects. In order to receive the replacement, customers must return 10% of the defective order at their expense within 7 days of their receipt. We will re-run the order with the original turnaround and send them out via the same paid shipping method. Shipping is non-refundable.
In some cases, a partial or full refund may be extended to the customer if no work has been completed by A-Plus Printing and Graphics for a specific order. Such refund would be adjusted to cover any fees charged for proofs or other services associated with that order as card card-body as merchant bank fees on credit card transactions.
Refunds resulting from but not limited to, quantity, paper stock, and shipping downgrades or cancellations prior to being in production shall be subject to a minimum fee of $15.00, up to 3.5% of the total amount.
A-Plus Printing and Graphics constantly maintains materials inventory and staff and schedules time on all equipment for orders that have been placed to ensure our ability to produce them at any certain time. Orders that are not yet in production within 5 days of order already incur additional equipment, labor, and inventory costs for A-Plus Printing and Graphic. Orders not approved for print by the customer within 90 days of the order being placed will be non-refundable and will incur a fee of 12.5% of the original invoice total for each 30 day period thereafter until 100% of the original invoice total has been accrued in fees.
Each order made from A-Plus Printing and Graphics is a contract between you, as the customer making the order, and A-Plus Printing and Graphic. The fact that you have made an order on behalf of a third party does not absolve you of liability to A-Plus Printing and Graphic. As such, any decision by the third party not to accept the particular items printed or to cancel the order with you does not affect your liability to A-Plus Printing and Graphic.
Our Sales Tax Policy
A-Plus Printing and Graphics charges sales tax to orders received from within the state of Florida unless you are tax exempt. If you are tax-exempt, you must submit your reseller’s certificate prior to placing an order.
Upon uploading your files or customizing one of our templates, an online proof will be generated. It is incumbent upon the customer to carefully review the proof and meticulously examine it for any disparities or errors. No job will proceed to the press until we receive your explicit approval. Once you have granted your approval and submitted your print job, you will no longer be able to effect further changes. You will have a window of 15min after the order is placed to request a cancelation in case you find a mistake with your file. Any delays in your order due to a lack of approval for the proof are not the responsibility of A-Plus Printing and Graphics.
Should you opt for the "Print as Is" choice, you acknowledge and confirm that your files are "Print Ready" and in complete adherence to all essential requirements, encompassing bleed, color, dimensions, and more. You assume full accountability for the precision and quality of your artwork. By selecting this option, you take on the responsibility of reprinting the order in the event of any issues arising from the files. Conversely, if you choose not to proceed with this option, you will be guided to our "Proofing System." Within this system, you have the ability to make adjustments to your file, such as fitting it within the designated area, rotation, identifying low resolution, flipping the art, or halting the process upon identifying any errors.
It's important to note that an online proof does not provide an accurate color representation of your final printed piece. However, it constitutes the final chance for you to review the layout, bleeds, crops, and final text. Electronic proofs do not display transparency and overprint concerns, nor do they illustrate color shifts from RGB or Pantone to CMYK.
The proof should be regarded as an independent entity from the original submitted file and meticulously scrutinized prior to giving your approval. It must be cross-referenced against the original file to detect any potential errors in layout, text, spacing, punctuation, or image positioning. The customer bears full responsibility for all elements present in the final approved proof.
For color-critical artwork, A-Plus Printing and Graphics offers hard copy proofs that reasonably resemble the final printed pieces. These proofs are recommended and can be requested by the customer during the print order process. Hard copy proofs are printed on a substrate distinct from the actual paper stock, and while they serve to showcase imposition, variations may occur based on the chosen finish (AQ, matte, UV) for the final print job. Please note that we do not provide hard copy proofs for artwork intended to be printed on uncoated paper.
Requesting a hard copy proof might entail an additional fee and could extend the time required to complete the job. For orders in which a hard copy proof has been solicited, approval must be received by A-Plus Printing and Graphics on or before our stipulated cut-off times. While we make every effort to match colors in production when a hard copy proof is requested, the determination of whether such a proof is necessary rests with the customer.
A-Plus Printing and Graphics will reproduce color from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible, but cannot exactly match color and density. Because of inherent limitations with the printing process, as card card-body as neighboring image ink requirements, the accuracy of color reproduction is not guaranteed. By placing an order with A-Plus Printing and Graphics you agree to this limitation. We will try our best to match the gradient density of each color, but we accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece. Under no circumstances will a reprint be honored for color variations that have occurred during the printing process. We are not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs that you approve. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion, and placement, but not color or density. Application of UV coating may affect or change the appearance of the printed colors. We are not liable for the final color appearance of a UV coated product.
Overprint and Underprint Inks Policy
Primarily used to intentionally overlap inks for a number of reasons, overprint can cause unexpected results. We suggest that you turn all overprint objects off before submitting your files. For example, If you set a logo to overprint, the colors from the logo will mix with the colors from the background. In this case, unexpected results may occur due to the setting of certain objects to overprint. Always check logos and other artwork before submitting.
No Liability for Errors
A-Plus Printing and Graphics is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:
Misspelling, Graphics, Bleeds, Grammar, Damaged Fonts, Punctuation, Wrong cuts, Incorrect or Missing Folds, Die Lines, Crop Marks, Transparency, Overprint, Cracks on Folds, Finished Product Size. A-Plus Printing and Graphics do not make any changes on customer files.
Overprint and Underprint Policy
At A-Plus Printing, our commitment to quality control is unwavering, and each of our orders undergoes a rigorous process to ensure accuracy. Nevertheless, due to the gang-run methodology applied to certain products by A-Plus Printing and Graphic, we are unable to assure that each order will precisely match the requested item quantity. Our assurance extends to a variation of plus or minus 10% in quantity. If a shortage exceeding this threshold arises, we may request that you return the original packaging of the order. This step enables us to conduct a thorough inspection and determine your eligibility for reprinting the shortfall. Neglecting to follow this protocol could result in the denial of a reprint for the deficit.
Our prepress department does not conduct a comprehensive review of all submitted artwork files before initiating the printing process. Therefore, the responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files remains entirely with you. We strongly advise you to meticulously proofread all files before submitting them to A-Plus Printing and Graphic. Keep in mind you only have 15 min to request a cancelation of your order.
It is important to note that A-Plus Printing and Graphics cannot be held accountable for any issues pertaining to the orientation or alignment of the pages within your submitted documents. Upon submitting your artwork to us, you affirm that you possess the appropriate rights to utilize the image(s) featured in your artwork files. Please refrain from dispatching any unique transparencies, prints, or artwork. While we implement precautionary measures to safeguard your materials, we cannot assume liability for any loss or damage incurred by images or artwork.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you hereby undertake not to upload any artwork files containing the following content: offensive, indecent, or inappropriate material; material that could potentially result in civil or criminal liability under relevant laws; and material that could infringe upon privacy, publicity, copyright, or other intellectual property rights without obtaining the necessary permissions from the respective rights holders, including individuals depicted in the material if applicable.
We retain the right to reject an order that, in our assessment, may be of an unlawful nature or could potentially violate the rights of any third party. You assume full legal responsibility for the content of materials processed and printed on your behalf, as per your instructions. We maintain the prerogative to decline an order without being obligated to provide an explanation for our decision
Printing Turnaround Time
The commencement of printing turnaround time is contingent upon the placement of your order and the successful upload of your print-ready files to your account, attached to the corresponding printing job, and subsequently approved for printing. Printing turnaround time is initiated upon the receipt of approval for your proof and the complete settlement of payment. In scenarios where digital source files are not entirely furnished for the printing job or where submitted files are not print-ready, printing turnaround begins upon receipt of your print-ready file(s), rather than the initial submission of the order.
For our Next Day Guaranteed option, both orders and files must be submitted by 10:00 PM EST, and proofs need to be greenlit by 11:00 AM EST the following day. It is important to note that requesting a proof will result in a one-day delay. To illustrate, if you approve a proof on your Next Day Guaranteed order by 11:00 AM EST on a Tuesday, the shipment will leave our facility by the close of business on Wednesday. Alternatively, without proof approval by the stipulated time, a Next Day Guaranteed order placed on a Tuesday would be dispatched on Thursday. This guideline applies exclusively to Next Day Guaranteed orders.
Regarding all other available turnaround options, orders and files must be submitted by 10:00 PM EST, and proofs should be sanctioned by 4:00 PM EST. Subsequently, printing turnaround time will commence on the subsequent business day.
It is important to bear in mind that A-Plus Printing and Graphics is closed on Sundays and holidays, operating for pick-up from Monday to Saturday. Consequently, these days are not factored into the calculation of printing turnaround time. Please consult our turnaround table for detailed information on distinct departments. Moreover, while Production Turnaround encompasses printing, cutting, and binding, it excludes design, mailing, and shipping transit durations. Accordingly, you should allocate additional business days for delivery based on the selected shipping method. The estimated production turnaround, as advertised on this platform, is founded on the typical timeframe for completing a print job under normal circumstances, excluding weekends and holidays.
Printing turnaround time for jobs with approved proofs and cleared payment is a guaranteed commitment. In the event of a failure to meet a deadline, the solution is restricted to a pro-rated refund of any rush charges or a courtesy rush for your subsequent order. Cancellation of an order based on printing turnaround time is permissible solely if, when placing the original order, the customer indicates in writing and obtains approval from a manager (e.g., through written email) that a specific job within the order is time-sensitive and must be shipped by the target date corresponding to the chosen printing turnaround option. A-Plus Printing and Graphics will not assume responsibility for shipping-related expenses or revenue loss on orders that do not meet the stipulated due date. At A-Plus Printing we are committed to providing you with a seamless and reliable shipping experience. Our shipping policy is designed to keep you informed and to ensure that your printed materials arrive in perfect condition and on time. We presently offer various shipping options, with Fedex being our default choice. However, we also accommodate shipping using your own labels via UPS, USPS, and Freight. Keep in mind we wont use your shipper's account number to generate labels for you. For expedited shipping services, we recommend considering Delta Cargo or Southwest Cargo. While these options come at a higher cost, they ensure your package arrives nearly on the same day your order is completed in production. Delivery and Pick-Up are also options, while delivery might come at a cost and it can take a few days, Pick-UP is always free and you can do this 6 days a week.
**Estimated Delivery Times:**
We understand the importance of timely delivery. Choose the appropriate option for you.
- Standard Shipping: Fedex Ground, USPS, and Delivery.
- Expedited Shipping: Fedex Next Day, Fedex Second Day, Delta Cargo, and Southwest Cargo.
As you make your shipping selection, please bear in mind that the estimated transit time is calculated based on business days in transit and excludes weekends, holidays, and the day the package is collected by Fedex. For instance, if a product is shipped via 2nd Day Air and collected on a Thursday, delivery would take place by the end of the day on Monday and not on a Saturday.
Shipping transit durations can vary, and A-Plus Printing and Graphics cannot be held accountable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or any damages resulting from delayed job reception. Unforeseen circumstances such as delivery service disruptions, equipment breakdowns, illness, etc., may lead to delayed arrivals. Our responsibility extends solely to preparing your printing order and handing it over to Fedex or any shipping Carrier of your choice for shipping. Please note that A-Plus Printing and Graphics is not responsible for damages that occur during the shipping process.
**Tracking and Notifications:**
Once your order is shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number via email and it will be posted under your order number online. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time. You can also call our customer support for tracking information.
Shipping costs vary based on the shipping method chosen and the destination. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, ensuring complete transparency.
Opting for the free shipping method labeled "Customer Own Label" places the financial responsibility for shipping errors, such as misplacing labels on boxes on our side, damaged merchandise, lost packages, and box swaps, squarely on the customer. In case an error arises due to the printing quality of the product, as determined by A-Plus Printing, we will reprint it at no additional cost. However, the customer will be required to use their preferred shipping account to reship the packages. To prevent label-related errors, we strongly encourage all our customers to utilize our integrated shipping system. If the label is not attached to the order via the Quick Ordering system, a $5 handling fee per box will be imposed to accommodate labels sent via email.
We acknowledge that unforeseen incidents can occur during the shipping process. For your reassurance, we have implemented shipping insurance for shipments sent via our default shipper, FedEx. This insurance coverage is limited to the value of the printed materials. In the event of damage or loss, we have the capability to replace the printed content and arrange for its return to the original address within the initially selected turnaround time.
It's important to note that our insurance coverage pertains solely to the value of the printed items. As such, we are not responsible for any losses in revenue, disruptions to events, missed deadlines for your events, or any other issues, whether directly or indirectly related, that may arise as a result of shipping-related incidents.
In order to prevent potential delivery delays, kindly verify that your shipping address is both accurate and comprehensive. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions. If your provided shipping address is inaccurate, your package will be held for a period of 30 days. After this duration, it will be disposed of without prior notification. In instances where the incorrect address is a result of customer input, a fee of $5 per package may be charged for address correction. It's important to be aware that this correction process may lead to delays in your shipment. Regrettably, any rush fees paid for expedited printing services cannot be refunded in such cases.
**Combined shipments and Repackaging:**
Currently, the option to select combined shipping is not available through our online platform. To obtain estimated combined shipping costs that are prepaid upfront, we recommend utilizing our quote system. If you are interested in consolidating packages to optimize shipping expenses, we suggest initiating a custom quote request that includes the relevant products.
Should your items already be printed, there will be a charge of $5 per box to accommodate your request for combined shipping. Additionally, if repackaging is necessary to accommodate printed materials within a single box, a fee of up to $10 per box will be applied. It's important to note that A-Plus Printing cannot assume responsibility for errors in repackaging or combining packages that have not been previously quoted.
In the event of reprints being required, the customer will be held fully responsible for these costs. We regret to inform you that we do not accept externally printed materials to be combined with our packaging for shipment. Furthermore, we cannot accept outside printed materials to be dropped off at our location for co-shipment with one of our orders.

**Returns and Damages:**
In the rare event that your printed materials arrive damaged due to shipper error, please open a ticket in our website to get resolution right away. You have up to 7 days after receiving your package to claim a shipping related issue, and up to 30 days to claim a printing related issue. Your claim will be denied if you extend past those days.
Pick-Up Orders: We are pleased to offer estimated completion times for Pick-Up orders, enabling you to plan your pick-up time or coordinate with your drivers effectively. Please note that these Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETAs) are intended for planning purposes only and do not guarantee a specific time. Always wait until you receive the confirmation email stating that your order is ready for pick-up before heading our way. To ensure our emails reach you, consider adding our domain to your email's spam exception list.
Our designated pick-up location is situated at the back of the warehouse on the eastern side. Clear signage will guide you to the accessible entrance. Upon your arrival for pick-up, please have your designated pick-up card prepared. This card verifies your ownership of the account and ensures that the items you're collecting are exclusively for your company. Note that sharing your pick-up card with customers is discouraged to prevent confusion and unauthorized access to orders.
We advise against utilizing Uber or Lyft drivers for pick-up, as they may lack clear understanding of the items being collected, potentially leading to misunderstandings and delays within the shipping area. Once you have received your packages, it's essential to verify that you have received all items before departing. A-Plus Printing cannot be held responsible for costs incurred due to retrieving packages left behind by drivers.
Feel free to inquire about orders in progress and their estimated completion times. However, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for additional costs resulting from returning to the warehouse shortly after your departure for an order that has been completed.

Pick-up orders will be held for 30 days following the delivery of the pick-up notification email. Should an order remain uncollected from A-Plus Printing and Graphic's facility beyond this period, the box will be discarded without prior notice.

By adhering to this shipping policy, we aim to provide you with a hassle-free and transparent shipping experience. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to ensure that your printed materials reach you in impeccable condition and in a timely manner.
Any concerns or complaints must be formally raised within 30 days from the date of placing your order. In the event that your job displays manufacturing errors and/or defects (as determined by A-Plus Printing and Graphic), we will reprocess your job without any additional charges. Even if the 30-day period has passed, please refrain from discarding or using your printed materials without obtaining prior written authorization from A-Plus Printing. There is a possibility that we may or may not require you to return your order to our facility.
In instances where you choose 12PT paper for quantities of 500 and 1000, there exists a likelihood that we will upgrade your order to 16PT paper at no extra cost to you.
All materials generated during the production of your printed product remain the exclusive property of A-Plus Printing and Graphic. While these materials will not be sold or transferred to any external parties, we reserve the right to distribute complimentary samples of your printed product. Kindly be aware that your printed product or the images utilized in its creation will not be utilized in any national advertising endeavors without obtaining your prior written consent.
You, the User, acknowledge that all content included on this Site, including, without limitation, the information, data, software, photographs, graphs, typefaces, graphics, images, illustrations, maps, designs, icons, written and other material and compilations (collectively, "Content") are intellectual property and copyrighted works of A-Plus Printing and Graphics and/or various third-party providers ("Providers"). Reproductions or storage of Content retrieved from this Site, in all forms, media and technologies now existing or hereafter developed, is subject to the U.S. Copyright Act of 1976, Title 17 of the United States Code.
Corporate Identification and Trademarks
"A-Plus Printing and Graphic", and any and all other marks appearing on this Site are trademarks of A-Plus Printing and Graphics in the United States and other jurisdictions ("Trademarks"). You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of your use of this Site. Fraudulent users may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Permission is granted to electronically copy and print in hard-copy portions of this Site for the sole purpose of using this Site as a shopping resource. Any other use of materials or Content on this Site, including reproduction for a purpose other than that noted above without A-Plus Printing and Graphic's prior written consent, is prohibited.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use / Intellectual Property

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless A-Plus Printing and Graphic, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third-parties, from any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or any services offered on the Site, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third-party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. A-Plus Printing and Graphics reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with A-Plus Printing and Graphics in asserting any available defenses.
THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY MADE TO THE CONTENT AND INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE SITE. A-Plus Printing and Graphics AND / OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE AT ANY TIME.
A-Plus Printing and Graphics AND / OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED ON THE SITE FOR ANY PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. A-Plus Printing and Graphics AND / OR ITS SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
BECAUSE SOME STATES / JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, A-Plus Printing and Graphics LIABILITY IS LIMITED AND WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUDED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUT SHALL, IN NO EVENT, EXCEED $100.00.
Termination / Access Restriction
A-Plus Printing and Graphics reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Illinois in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and A-Plus Printing and Graphics as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. A-Plus Printing and Graphic's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of A-Plus Printing and Graphic's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by A-Plus Printing and Graphics with respect to such use.
If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and A-Plus Printing and Graphics with respect to the use of the Site, and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and A-Plus Printing and Graphics with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish of the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
Our Sales Policy
In our pursuit of providing enhanced service to our clients, it is imperative that you, as the client, adhere to our policy to ensure the prompt completion of your job. Your active cooperation in furnishing ALL pertinent information concerning your job order (size, colors, copy, design specifications) to A-Plus Printing and Graphics in a timely and comprehensive manner greatly facilitates the professional processing of your order. Failure to do so may result in a delay in the job's completion.
To manage the substantial volume of orders handled daily, A-Plus Printing and Graphics employs an automated web-to-print system. Automated email updates regarding job status will be sent to customers; phone calls will not be made. To receive these updates, kindly add a-plusprinting.com to your spam filter. Alternatively, you can monitor your job's progress online under “My Account>Orders".
This correspondence serves as a disclaimer in the event that the client fails to properly complete the job order.
Once a job has a status of In Print Production, and it has been plated and/or sent for printing, cancellation of the order is not possible.
Customers must proof work designed by A-Plus Printing and Graphics. Jobs will only proceed to print after A-Plus Printing and Graphics receives an approval online or via email. Responsibility for spelling errors, omissions, or incorrect information that is not submitted or rectified rests with the customer. Design fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the design is utilized. Full payment must be received prior to commencing work. Refunds will only be issued for jobs that are not printed, excluding design fees. All designs created by A-Plus Printing and Graphics are copyrighted and require A-Plus Printing's approval for reproduction. Unauthorized reproduction may incur fines as per copyright law. Fees for granting authorization to print A-Plus Printing and Graphics' artwork elsewhere are at the discretion of A-Plus Printing.
It is crucial to recognize that the design and print production process is both an art and a science. Occasionally, delays may arise due to technical glitches, equipment malfunctions, or file issues. We will strive to mitigate any impact of such events on production and/or order delivery.
To provide the substantial price discounts we offer, our products are produced in a "gang run" format. While we make every effort to provide a reasonable representation based on your supplied materials, it is important to note that we do not guarantee color matching or image quality. Due to the nature of gang run printing, color and image brightness may shift by up to 15%. If you are a "Photographer" or other "Imaging Professional" seeking accurate reproductions, our gang run printed products may not meet your requirements. Please contact us prior to placing your order for tailored assistance or alternative product suggestions. Furthermore, digitally submitted files that do not strictly adhere to our specifications are not eligible for reprinting or refunds.
We stand by the quality of our work. If you are dissatisfied with the printing or cutting quality, A-Plus Printing and Graphics will discuss the possibility of a free reprint or a partial printing credit based on the nature of the issue. We suggest you opening a ticket using our ticket system. Please understand that A-Plus Printing and Graphics may request a 5" stack of the printed piece or the whole job back in question for review. Return shipping for these samples will not be covered by A-Plus Printing and Graphics. We are unable to issue credits or refunds without these samples.
Production and delivery times are not binding. If your project is time-sensitive, please plan ahead. Refunds will not be granted for orders that miss your deadline. Shipments will be dispatched as per your original Online Selections unless you choose to pay for a shipping upgrade due to time constraints. All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. If you cannot receive the shipment at the specified address, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping company and arrange for pickup at their facility. Unclaimed shipments returned to A-Plus Printing and Graphics will not be refunded, and additional shipping costs will be required before reshipping.
A-PLUS PRINTING AND GRAPHICS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS DURING SHIPPING. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY.
A-Plus Printing and Graphics will not be accountable for designer errors, including files sent without adequate room for cutting. The recommended bleed for Brochures, Booklets, Catalogs, Presentation Folders, CD Inserts, Calendars, Letter Heads, and Business Cards is 0.125" on all sides. However, for Postcards, Club Flyers, Digital orders, Rack Cards, Sell Sheets, Bookmarks, Door Hangers, Stickers, and Table Tents, we run the jobs at the selected size and then trim an additional 1/16" on all sides. This approach helps you save money and keeps costs down. If you require a precise size, we suggest requesting a custom quote. For Large format Products, there is no need to include bleeds as we automatically add them during the printing process. A-Plus Printing and Graphics will print files as submitted without reviewing artwork. Poor quality files will yield poor output. Low-resolution files or images will result in blurry and potentially unreadable prints. Files that do not meet our guidelines will be printed "as is" and will not be eligible for reprint. For questions regarding our file guidelines, please contact us before submitting your files for print. We are here to assist you.
For mail-use pieces, please account for overruns and under runs of up to 10% in either direction. EXACT COUNT IS NOT GUARANTEED. Please choose your desired quantity accordingly.
For flyers sent via Delta Cargo or SouthWest Cargo Services, they will be shipped to the airport specified on the A-PLUS PRINTING AND GRAPHICS ORDER FORM, provided that Delta and Southwest service is available at that airport, or to the nearest Cargo facility based on your SHIP TO zip code, and must be picked up there. As per FAA guidelines, DELTA REQUIRES YOU TO PRESENT PROPER ID and the AIRWAY BILL NUMBER. Non-pickup of packages from the airport does not void the order placed with A-Plus Printing and Graphics, and you may still be charged. Packages left at the airport for over 7 days may incur storage fees, which will not be covered by A-PLUS PRINTING AND GRAPHICS. A-Plus Printing and Graphics is not liable for lost or damaged packages via Delta Cargo.
All shipments dispatched by A-Plus Printing and Graphics require a recipient's signature. This signature cannot be waived by anyone at A-Plus Printing and Graphics. Please ensure that you are shipping to a location where someone will be available to sign for the package.
By signing this contract, you affirm your understanding of the estimated in-house TURNAROUND TIMES as detailed here: https://trade.a-plusprinting.com/page/shipping-options. These estimates are not binding and are based on business days, excluding holidays.
Following order placement, a 15% administrative fee will be applied to all cancellations done manually or via phone with A-Plus Printing and Graphics. Customers also have the option of an in-house credit (excluding any design fees) for use in future jobs. Refunds and credits back to cards are processed in batches and may take up to 14 business days in-house. Credit refunds to your credit card may take up to 3 billing cycles to reflect on your statement, depending on the issuing bank.
By signing this contract, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms listed above. You understand that this contract remains effective for all jobs from the date of this contract until any revisions are made by A-Plus Printing and Graphics.
A-Plus Printing and Graphics is committed to respecting the intellectual property of others. Therefore, when using our site, you assert that you possess full rights to utilize all copy and images for your printed piece without infringing on the intellectual property rights of any other party. Through your use of our site, you also acknowledge that subject matter need not display a copyright notice to be protected by copyright law. Removal of a copyright notice does not grant you permission to reproduce the material. By using our site, you guarantee that copyright notices have not been removed from any materials provided to us for printing.
You undertake to safeguard and indemnify www.a-plusprinting.com (and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, business partners, or employees) against any claim or demand (including attorney fees) made by any third party due to or arising from a project produced for you through our site.
Changes to Terms
A-Plus Printing and Graphics reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which www.A-PlusPrinting.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. A-Plus Printing and Graphics encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
